She has over 20-years of experience in HR leadership for one of the largest employers in Michigan and a top tier public research university, The University of Michigan. She has served in administration, information technology, and healthcare divisions as an HR Director, leader, and professional. She founded Continuum Global Consulting, LLC which is a certified partner of The Predictive Index and a certified talent optimization consultant.
